Mobilize Mission

Instead of a Trunk or Treat this year on October 31st, Crossroads held a food distribution. Crossroads is looking for ways to meet people’s needs while building meaningful discipleship relationships and fostering spiritual conversations. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are struggling financially, and crowd gathering limits make it difficult to hold an event like the Trunk or Treat indoors, whereas the food distributions remain a practical way to help support the community and open new opportunities for sharing the gospel.

Another distribution will happen on November 14th. A member of the Shangri-La outpost in Marine City suggested providing non-food items that are not covered by a Bridge Card and other assistance programs. Crossroads Community Church is accepting monetary donations and donations of sealed personal care products and household cleaning supplies for this distribution.
